Importing bookmark files

Netscape
use
-
bookmarks
-
edit bookmarks
-
file
-
import
This takes you to a browse tree of your file system, and any you have mounted on it, such as an intranet
-
The bookmarks file you import must be accessible from your file system
-
It could be on a floppy, or you could download a webpage bookmarks file to your local system
-
Netscape always imports to the top folder and may include redundant layers of folders, which you will need to manipulate yourself to tidy up.
-
The next time you quit Netscape, the new composite bookmark file will be saved to the default place
