SiRPAC - Simple RDF Parser and Compiler

Description:
SiRPAC compiles RDF/XML documents into the 3-tuples of the corresponding RDF data model. The documents can reside on local file system or at a URI on the Web. Also, the parser can be configured to automatically fetch corresponding RDF schemas from the declared namespaces. SiRPAC is suitable for embedded use as well as command line use. The system also includes an interface for hooking the parser and other RDF data sources to other RDF components such as storage and query systems. Application authors will likely be interested in the 'datasource' and 'rdfconsumer' interfaces.

The original WWW proposal, "Information Management: A Proposal"

Description:
This is an HTML version of the original March 1989 proposal that gave rise to the World Wide Web. It includes a number of ideas very closely related to those formalised as RDF some time later.
