Public domain TML software

The definition of the TML language has been kept distinct from any particular software implemention. The TML software distribution is freely available as an example implementation of the language specification. It is written in the Perl programming language and versions are available for both Unix and NT platforms.

Note: NT users will also need to acquire the sgmls program for TML authoring. A second NT port of the TML software has been undertaken by Dave Merchant at Liverpool John Moores University; this version includes the SGML software.
